On February 19th, 2026, Carol M Zeinert was taken by her Lord to her heavenly home.
Carol Marie Grunske was born to the late Elsie Schoenian and Walter Grunske on November 20, 1934. Married to the love of her life Kenneth Zeinert on June 16, 1956 and they celebrated 60 ½ years before Ken’s passing in 2016. Carol and Ken raised 4 children: Lori (Bob) Uitenbroek, Timothy (Karla) Zeinert, Paula Zeinert and Allison Zeinert. Treasured grandchildren: Ryan (Tiffany) Uitenbroek, Jason (Jaime) Uitenbroek and Matt (Rachael) Uitenbroek; Elise and Emily Zeinert; Christine (Fletcher) Hauck and Andrew Thill; Alex Zeinert (Brooke). Cherished great grandchildren: Logan Uitenbroek; Jordyn, Claire and Jacob Uitenbroek; Natalie and Violet Uitenbroek; Elijah Hauck. Further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and her beloved companion dog, Jiggs.
Carol enjoyed preparing big meals and baking desserts for family gatherings on Sundays and holidays. Also, she meticulously tended to her beautiful flowers and the joy they brought.
Carol was preceded in death by husband Ken; sister Marian (Charles) Acton; sister Joyce (Steve) Mihna; brother Roland Grunske; sister-in-law Audrey (John) Weber; brother-in-law Donald (MaryAnn) Zeinert.
A funeral Service for Carol will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church (407 Oak St, Neenah, WI 54956) on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 11AM. A time of visitation will be held from 9AM until the time of service. A burial at Oakhill cemetery will take place.
