Charlotte L. Cook-Frank, age 55, of Oshkosh, died Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center, Neenah. She was born on January 26, 1961. Charlotte is survived by numerous family members. Per Charlotte's request cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
