David Edward Falk, age 57, of Stevens Point, formerly of Winneconne, died Sunday, August 11, 2013. He was born January 13, 1956, in Oshkosh to Edward and JoAnn (Loker) Falk. David worked as a self-employed painter. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and cooking. David is survived by his special friend, Sue Porter Gruba; his mother, JoAnn Falk, of Winneconne; his brothers and sisters, Jerry Falk, of Oshkosh; Douglas Falk, Jacquin (Jon) Stelzner, Dawn (Rick) Tesch, all of Winneconne; Michael Falk; and Sabrina Falk, of Oshkosh; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Preceding David in death was his father, Edward Falk. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 19, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church, 8 S. Fourth St. Winneconne, with Pastor John Covach officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday at the church from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
