Edna A. Rasmussen, age 83, of Winchester, died Friday, March 4, 2016, at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah. She was born December 22, 1932, to the late Herman and Anna (Riedel) Ticks. Edna was a 1951 graduate of Winneconne High School. On October 10, 1964, she married Lester Rasmussen. Edna was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Winchester. Edna is survived by a brother, Carl Ticks and his daughter, Kelly (Charles) Roland; and nieces, nephews, and in-laws. Along with her parents, Edna was also preceded in death by her husband Lester in 2009; daughter Barbara in 1997; and two brothers, Louis and Edward Ticks. Cremation will take place and there will be no services held. Edna's family wishes to thank LuAnn and Randy Bradley and their family, and Rick Oostra and his family for helping her after Lester's passing.
