Hannah Marie Carley On the afternoon of April 18, 2012, we welcomed our little girl, Hannah Marie Carley, into this world. A short time later, as we held her, our little angel went to heaven. She has touched so many lives in her short life. Hannah was a gift from God. We were so happy to meet her and celebrate her life, even as short as it was. We are eternally grateful for the love, support, and prayers of so many. A special thank you to all the people who cared for Hannah and our family at Mercy Medical Center; they went above and beyond in every way. Hannah will be missed by her parents, Kenny and Karen; her sister, Olivia (5), brother, Logan (3); grandparents, Rick and Anna Kurtz, Keith Carley, Carol Zeitlow; and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Kenneth L. Zeitlow. In case of inclement weather, the service will be held at the Borth United Methodist Church, W304 Cty Rd. D, Berlin. A light luncheon will be served at the church following the service.
