Heidi Laure Jerabek, 18 month old daughter of David and Dana (Thuecks) Jerabek passed away Friday, March 18, 2016, at Children's Hospital in Milwaukee. She was born September 5, 2014. Heidi is survived by her parents, three sisters, Dorothea "Dottie", Gretel, and Liesl, all of Winneconne; her grandparents, Daniel and Lila Jerabek, of Ripon; Steven and Debra Thuecks, of Brillion; maternal great-grandmother, Carolyn Garfield, of Brillion; aunts, uncles, and cousins, Jennifer (Michael) Karegeannes, of Mequon, and children Grace, Will, and Ava; Danny (Michelle) Jerabek, of Oshkosh, and children Shaylee, Maria, and Bo; Sandi (Andy) Phillips, of Oshkosh and children Caitlyn, Austin, Robert, and Emma; Derek (Suzanne) Thuecks, of Chestertown, Maryland; Jamin (Chelsie) Thuecks, of Wisconsin Rapids; Shannon (Matt) Eckert, of DePere, and child Jonathon; Whitney Thuecks (fiancé, Sean McMonigle), of Madison. Preceding Heidi in death were her paternal great-grandparents, William and Dorothy Jerabek, Edgar and Isabelle Bradley; and maternal great-grandparents, Jerry and Donna Thuecks, and Ron Garfield. A visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church 210 Pleasant Dr. Winneconne, and will continue on Wednesday, March 23 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the church. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Fr. Joe Mattern and Sr. Pam Biehl officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Heidi's name.
