IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jeffrey R.
Posselt
December 29, 1956 – December 25, 2025
Jeffrey Raymond Posselt, age 68, completed his work on earth and entered the company of saints on Thursday, December 25, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Jeff was born on December 29, 1956, in Neenah to Raymond and Loma Jean (Laabs) Posselt, one of nine children. He graduated from Winneconne High School in 1975 and went to Fox Valley Tech for welding. He married Becky Wittmann on April 23, 1983. He was proud to be a dairy farmer on what is now the sixth generation Posselt family farm, “Maple Acres.”
In addition to a lifetime of farming, Jeff was an active member of the Greenville Co-Op Board and also on the Town of Clayton Board (and was locally known as the “Mayor of the Marsh”). In his younger years, Jeff enjoyed bowling and deer hunting. When not farming, Jeff loved to eat ice cream, watch farming videos on YouTube, playing with or facetiming his grandkids, going to brunch at Oinks, and family breakfast after chores on Saturdays.
Jeff is survived by his wife Becky; by his children, Lydia (Josh), Todd (Nicole), Tony, and Katie; by his grandchildren, Geneva Posselt Keiter, and Allison, Liam, and Callie Posselt. He is also survived by his siblings, Curt (Connie) Posselt, Cathy (Bob) Gottschalk, Judy Green, Joanne (Jim) Steudel, Alice (Mike) Peppler, Cheryl (Jeff) Ryf, Tom (Sheri Jo) Posselt, and Laurie (Jeff) Kroening.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Loma Jean Posselt; and brother-in-law, John Green.
