Jessie E. Passer, age 83, of Winneconne, died Friday, April 27, 2018, at Edenbrook Nursing Home, Oshkosh. She was born January 31, 1935, to the late Hiram and Isabel (Fink) Coates. On December 30, 1959, she married James H. Passer and he preceded her in death on September 8, 2008. Jessie is survived by a son, James R. (Toni) Coates; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Tom (Pat) Coates; and other relatives and friends. Along with her parents and husband, Jessie was also preceded in death by three sisters and one brother. At Jessie's request cremation will take place and there will be no service held.
