John P. Perlowski Winneconne, Wisconsin John P. Perlowski, age 81, of Winneconne, died Saturday, September 4, 2010, at home. He was born September 15, 1928, in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, with his twin brother Frank to the late Theodore and Margaret (Quinn) Perlowski. John made his home in Milwaukee and was a graduate of Messmer High School. He honored his country while serving in Korea with the U.S. Army. John was employed with North American Press, Moebius Printing Co., and then the Menominee Falls News. Since retiring in 1990, John has made his home in Winneconne. John was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Winneconne. John is survived by a cousin, Kathleen O'Kane, of Ireland; his caregivers, who made it possible for him to live his last months at home. Those that provided compassionate, tender, loving care to John are Jan Cruz, Julie Quick, Erin Zinth, Sandy Butt, Debbie Opperman, Rodney Frazier, and Karol Schwartz. I want to thank them for their love and kindness, John's friend, Ron Mueller. Along with his parents, John was also preceded in death by his twin brother, Frank. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at 5:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 210 Pleasant Dr., Winneconne, with Fr. Doug LeCaptain and Sr. Pam Biehl officiating.
