Obituary

Kenneth J. Dusso of Winneconne peacefully passed into eternal life surrounded by his family on Thursday, December 21, 2017. Ken was born November 1, 1960, the son of Ken and Karen (Bernarde) Dusso. Ken enjoyed farming for many years, worked at Morgan Doors in Oshkosh, and spent his last years self-employed, working with his hands in construction, and taking great pride in all he did. His passion was hunting and fishing. He especially enjoyed teaching others; particularly youth, all that he had learned over the years of both sports, and took great pleasure in helping them succeed. Ken was a quiet, simple man who also had a deep love for the Word of God. He was a good listener, and used those opportunities to share the goodness of God with others. He enjoyed teaching in the form of a story, but also enjoyed telling stories for a little fright and fun around the campfire. Ken Dusso was one of those genuinely good guys who always had everyone else's best interest at heart. He was loved, and will be greatly missed by many. Ken longed for the north woods and the peace he would always find there, but now has found eternal rest in the glorious presence of the Prince of Peace. Ken is survived by his wife, Brenda (Andresen) Dusso, of Winneconne; a son, Adam Dusso, of Oshkosh; a daughter, Justine Dusso, of Neenah; five stepsons: CJ (Ashley) Montour, of Appleton; Kayne (Alyssa) LaPlante, of Neenah; Lee, Tim, and Justin LaPlante, all of Winneconne; a stepdaughter, Kyria LaPlante, of Borth; four precious grandchildren: Lillie, Cullen, Ariella, and Kyla; two sisters: Kathy (Doug) Lloyd, of Pickett; and Kris (Tim) Seiter, of Plover; two brothers-in-law: Rod Andresen, of Oshkosh; Jerry (Kim) Rodencal, of Kaukauna; nieces, nephews, and his beloved dog, Miles. Ken was preceded in death by his parents. A visitation for family and friends will be from on Saturday, December 30, 2017, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main St. Winneconne. A service celebrating the life of Ken will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. The Dusso family would like to thank the amazing team of surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, technicians, and all others involved at Froedtert Hospital of Milwaukee for their exceptional efforts and care.
