IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Lynn Brian
Pinch
April 3, 1948 – December 18, 2023
Lynn Brian Pinch, a veteran of the Vietnam War, passed away unexpectedly at home of natural causes on Monday, December 18, 2023. Lynn was born April 3, 1948, to James Pinch and Betty (Pfeiffer) Pinch. He attended Rosendale High School before enlisting in the U.S. Air Force, and was recognized for his honorable service with commendation and good conduct medals. In recognition of his war time service, he also received a Vietnam Service Medal with two bronze stars, representing each of the two campaigns he served.
After the war, Lynn returned home and joined a carnival crew based in Wisconsin. He worked and traveled with them for many years, and always spoke fondly of his time there. Lynn enjoyed his retirement by attending local car races, and spending time with his family and friends. He also had a tremendous sweet tooth, and was known to have a big stash of candy bars at the ready.
Lynn was preceded in death by his parents, James Pinch and Betty Pinch.
He is survived by his siblings, Lauren (Richard) Schultz and Doug (Cathy) Pinch; as well as many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. He especially enjoyed visiting his first cousin, Kate (Brian) Pagel, and his uncle, John Pfeiffer, on his way from home from the VA Hospital in Madison.
His family will be organizing a time to gather in honor of Lynn's life in early spring, with details to be announced at a later date.
Mueller Funeral Home-Winneconne is assisting the family. If you wish, please submit online condolences/memories to muellerfh.net.
