Maddison passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, in the arms of her mothers.

Maddison was born on January 8, 2021, at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, Milwaukee to Brittany and Cessy Clark. Due to genetic differences, several organs and body parts, including her airway, were underdeveloped; a breathing tube was put into place right after birth. During her stay at Children's Hospital, she was loved and cared for by all the doctors and the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) as if she was one of their own.

Maddison was baptized while surrounded by close family and her godparents. Though her time on earth was short, she touched many lives and was loved deeply by those around her.

She is survived by her parents, Brittany and Cessy Clark; her brothers, Bentley and Maverick Clark; grandparents, John and Kim Clark, Julie and LeRoy Remme, Russ Carpenter; uncles and aunts, Craig (Molly) Clark, Jason Clark, Brian Carpenter.

A gathering in Maddison's memory will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main Street Winneconne. A service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
