Nana Lee Vogel, age 83, of Oshkosh, died Monday, May 15, 2023, at her home.

She was born November 22, 1939, in Milwaukee to the late Durward and Alice (Kennow) Baty. On April 12, 1958, Nana married Eugene Vogel in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. In 1982 she completed an Avon training course. Nana completed the Pioneer School for Jehovah's Witnesses and spent many hours in door-to-door witnessing and Bible education work. She was a member of the Lakeview Oshkosh Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Nana is survived by her husband of 65 years, Eugene Vogel, of Oshkosh; a daughter Mellisa Vogel, of Oshkosh; a son, Tony (Tammie) Vogel, of Mequon, Wisconsin; an adopted granddaughter and daughter of Mellisa Vogel, Mari Vogel, of California; grandson, Joseph Vogel, of Mequon; granddaughter, Kithara (Liam) Connolly, of Appleton; great-granddaughter, Avery, of California.

Along with her parents, Nana was also preceded in death by a brother, Gordon Baty; and a sister, Dorothy Plotkin.

A visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main St. Winneconne. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Plummer Cemetery, Town of Oshkosh.
