Paula J. Geier, age 68, of Oshkosh passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh after a short battle with cancer.

She was born in Oshkosh on March 24, 1954, to the late Burton Hoeft and Joyce Herdina. Paula graduated from Lourdes High School in Oshkosh 1972. On Valentine's Day in 1990 Paula married Stephen Geier.

She is survived by her children, Courtney Maron, of Winneconne; and Nicholas Dowling, of Waupaca; Sara Baumgartner, of Orangevale, California; and Seth Cody Geier, of Folsom, California; nine grandchildren, Ashley Marie Moen, Mason Maron, Ryan Dowling, Jacob Dowling, Chloe Maron, Cecelia Geier, Grace Geier, Ryan Baumgartner, and Taylor Dowling.

Paula's family would like to thank everyone for their care and compassion over the past several days and for their time and dedication.

Paula's family has chosen to have a private service. Mueller Funeral Home-Winneconne is assisting the family.
