Ray Wolff, age 53, of Oshkosh, died Thursday, February 14, 2013, at his home. He was born September 5, 1959, in Oshkosh to Curtis, Sr. and Verniece (Jungwirth) Wolff. For many years Ray has been employed at Oshkosh Corp. He had a love of the outdoors and was an avid hunter, fisherman, and trap shooter. Ray was a certified scuba diver, of which he was very proud. Ray is survived by his daughter, Ashley (Jake) Gibson, of Oshkosh; grandson, Carter Gibson; Dawn Wolff, mother of Ashley; his father, Curt Wolff, Sr., of Oshkosh; brothers and sisters, Curt Wolff, Jr. (dear friend, Carol Johnson), of Thornton, Colorado; David Wolff, of Thornton, Colorado; Phil (Julie) Wolff, of Kansas City, Missouri; Elaine (Tim) Schulz, of Oshkosh; Teresa (Albert) Simonis, of Ripon; brother-in-law, Mike Wirkus, of Loveland, Colorado; his fiancée, Tracy Lindenstruth, of Oshkosh; and many nieces and nephews. Ray was preceded in death by his mother, Verniece Wolff; one sister, Ginny Wirkus; and his grandparents, Robert and Ann Wolff and Lou and Ethel Jungwirth. A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 18, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. at Winneconne Christian Fellowship, 313 N. Ninth Ave. Winneconne, with Pastor Steve Schroepher officiating.
