Richard "Rick" Billington, age 73, of Winneconne, passed into heaven on Monday, December 6, 2021, with his wife at his side.

Rick was born on March 2, 1948, to Lydia and Elmer Billington.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a nephew, Bobby.

Rick is survived by his wife, Pamela; sister, Barbara (Harold) Meton; brother, Ronnie; children, Tammy (Dan), Theresa, Heather, and Scott; stepchildren, Becky (Darren) and Lori. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and so many wonderful friends.

Rick was an avid collector and dog lover. He spent 15 years working at Harra Beverage, and was proud of creating the world's largest Harra Beverage memorabilia collection and enjoyed showing it. Rick was known for his endless supply of Ring Pops for the kids and milk bones for any dogs he came across. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.

A visitation for family and friends will be on Sunday, December 12, 2021, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main St. Winneconne. There will be no service held.

A memorial in Rick's name will be established.
