Richard "Itch" E. Blank Town of Poygan, Wisconsin Richard "Itch" E. Blank, age 77, of the Town of Poygan, died Sunday, November 1, 2009, at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. He was born October 14, 1932 in Neenah, to the late William and Johanna (Jizkoski) Blank. Richard was a graduate of Neenah High School. On October 20, 1962, he married Nona Luce in Neenah, and they made their home in Menasha until 1967, at which time they moved to the Town of Poygan. For over 40 years Itch worked for the Banta Corp. before retiring in 1982. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching the Green Bay Packers. Richard is survived by two sons, Mark Blank, of Winneconne; Troy Blank, of Oshkosh; two grandsons, Joshua and Nathan Blank; and other relatives and friends. Along with his parents, Richard was also preceded in death by his wife, Nona, on April 11, 2001; one sister, Lorraine Plummer; and two brothers, Donald and James Blank. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service for Itch will be held on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home, Winneconne, with Pastor Kenneth LaPlante officiating.
