Robert William Roycraft, "Bobby" to most, passed away peacefully in his sleep during the early hours of Sunday, July 12, 2026.

Born to Deneise and William Roycraft Jr. on October 15, 1959, in Southern Wisconsin, Bobby lived his 66 years a free spirit marching to a drum no one could hear.

With his love for family, friends, NASCAR, up north, and his hometown community, he made his way through life on a grin, good time and a prayer.

Robert was a proud brother to Brian (Stacy), Terrance (Wenda), and Michelle; an uncle to Fawn, Zachary, John, Boone, Tera, Michael, Travis, Cody, and Jacob; and a great-uncle to the ever-expanding next generation of Roycraft hun-yocks. He is also survived by his daughters, Christy, Jamie (Chris) Bormes; his son, Rhodes Freeman; and his grandchildren, Charleigh, Avery, Lylah, Onyx, and Meelah.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, William Robert Roycraft Jr, Deneise Roycraft-Hartman; and his eldest son, David.

He will be forever missed by those who knew him and remembered as generous, kind, and loyal, always willing to lend a hand to anybody who needed it. May he forever rest in peace.

A visitation for family and friends will be on Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main St. Winneconne. A time of remembrance will be held on Sunday, July 26 at 12:00 noon at the funeral home. A celebration of life will be on Sunday, July 26, starting at 1:00 p.m. at The Hill Tavern 8069 Cty Rd D Omro.
