Victoria “Vicky” (Livesay) Brown, age 67, of Winneconne, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at home. Vicky was born in Chicago, IL on November 23, 1958, the daughter of Harmon Roy Livesay and Shirley (nee Hollis) Livesay Hodge. She grew up in Chicago, IL and relocated to Oshkosh, WI as a young adult.

On June 30, 1988, she was united in marriage to Joseph G. Brown Jr., the love of her life.

Vicky was passionate about her fur babies, many of which have pre-deceased her and now is reunited with them, sharing snuggles and kisses in heaven.

Vicky is survived by her loving husband, Joe; daughter, Jenifer Carr; grandsons, Diego and Dominic; brothers, Mitchell Livesay and Roger (Cheryl) Janakus; sister-in-law, Lisa (Jeff) Hunger; niece, Heather (David) Malnory; nephews, Jonathan (Lindsey) Brown, Dylan and Matthew Brown, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Janakus and Jerrod Janakus; ten great-nieces-and-nephews, Patrick, Olivia, Rosalynn, Elizabeth, Josephine, Alyssa, Alexandra, Dillon, Haley and Cal; best friend, Helen George from Chicago, IL.

Vicky enjoyed sitting out on their deck, soaking up the sun and having a cold cocktail. One could often find her surfing TikTok and when funds were available, she would try her luck at the casinos. With her winnings she would do online shopping, overflowing her closets. Vicky loved to travel, with cruises being her favorite.

She is preceded in death by her mother Shirley Hodge. Father and mother-in-law, Joseph Sr. and Sandra Brown; Grandparents, Augustus Boyd “Gus” Hollis and Hazel Violet Stanger (Vicky was very close with her grandma, Hazel). Brother-in-law, Jeffrey Brown and great niece, Lillith Brown Merritt.

A celebration of life will be held from 4pm-7pm on Friday, April 10, 2026 at Mueller Funeral Home, located at 904 E. Main St., Winneconne, WI. With a private gravesite service in Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Darien, IL at a later date.

Memorial may be given to an area animal shelter or rescue.
