Sandy and family, I was so sorry to learn of Buzz’s passing from that same dread disease that took Mom at 99 1/2. Dad and Mom always enjoyed visiting with you both when they drove out to have their hair needs taken care of by you. With sincere condolences, Susan Martin The Woodlands TX

I have never met "Buzz" but know his wonder son who shared many stories and adventures with his dad. So in many ways I did know "Buzz". From what I learned from Tim he was a man of integrity, compassion and a heart for giving to those he loved and his community, not to mention bluegills and deer hunting. He had raised a fabulous son and that is a legacy to his honor. May our Lord wrap His loving arms around and give you peace! God Bless,Kitzie

My sister sees you at the Salon so there is a little connection..life is funny..we all get too busy and forget about the people we always enjoyed. Buzz was a good guy and will be missed and you had so many years..we were so young when we came out to the farm, played cards, laughed and enjoyed each other’s company, with our kids! Again, may he Rest In Peace and may you have peace as you remember all the good times. In sympathy, Dan and Linda Calvey

Tim and Troy, Just want yous to know how sorry I was to hear of your Dad's passing. Schmitty let me know. He tells me how you are doing too. Your family was always so fun to be around. The last Time I saw your Dad I was touring Bemis Oshkosh. He was almost retired. I'll never forget the chuckle we both had about who knows what. Condolences to your whole family. Like Schmitty said, he was a good man!

Sandy - So sorry to know of Buzz's passing. He was a very close friend while in high school - was a mentor of sorts, when I had no idea of what that meant. Shocked lots of oats with him - and country fun. Like the picture - helps me remember his set-jaw-constant-smile. Won't forget him soon, if at all. Take Care - Pete

Sandy (and family) so sorry to hear about your loss. Buzz was always such a high spirited person. Whenever I’d be up visiting my parents next door and he’d be outside, he’d always wave with a “How are you!?”. He’ll be missed!

Helen will remember the years we went to school together at Sandy Knoll and then high school Those days will always be remembered as I was the only girl in the class with five boys. Kathy(Huebner) Hagen (middle girl)- First I want to say I am so sorry for your loss Sandra. And then Sorry for your Loss both to Tim and Troy. A History Lesson: Both Dad and Buzz were so close. They were like brothers rather than cousins. Closer in age than Dad's own brothers. They were so much alike. Their personalities. (you met them, you either LOVED them or REALLY REALLY LIKED THEM, AND DEFINATELY RESPECTED THEM!) I have so many fond memories on your farm of playing hide and seek in and around the animals you had. But If I remember correctly they were never really planned parties, just "stop overs" which ended up being hours long. This just goes to show you how much they both really loved &liked each other's company (along with our entire families). I want you each to remember the fond times of your husband & father. The kind man he was, and the kindness he showed everyone he met. As and adult at our fathers funeral, each of us kids, were blown away that Sandra and Buzz would show the kindness of showing up for our time of grief. It meant more to us, that you can ever imagine! We each Loved and respected your entire family so very much, and it was Always Always shown back in so many ways, and that we can't say enough thank you's. But for your loss.. I am sorry. But think of this... those two belly laughing and falling off their chairs. (cuz as a kid I do in fact remember at one time possible two, those wooden chairs someone had. the legs got broken because they were laughing so hard.) They are together and now that is what is happening. Sending Love& prayers Kathy
