Frank Bork, 86, of Winchester passed away Sunday, December 10, 2023, at home, surrounded by loving family. He was born September 21, 1937, to the late Albert and Ella (Christianson) Bork. Frank was baptized and confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church in Winchester. He attended the Royer School in the Town of Clayton and was a 1956 graduate of Winneconne High School. Frank was a well-known bartender working in many places. Along with his wife, they owned and operated Frank & Darlene’s Café in Winchester for 23 years.

Frank was known for his quick wit and silliness. He was an avid golfer, Packer fan, bs’er and beer drinker.

Frank is survived by his wife of 42 years, Darlene (Joch) Bork; children, Julie (Mark) Warning, Lori (Gary) Heiting, Sherry (Joel) Murphy, Terry Bork (Scott Allen), Rick Bork, Troy (Melanie) Bork, Brad (Karen) Bork, Tom (Linda) Bork; step-children, Brian (Mark) Kemp, Brenda Williams; 19 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren with 2 on the way; sisters, Nancy Roblee, Lona (John) Schroll, Sally VanEpern; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Along with his parents, Frank was also preceded in death by an infant son, Scott; sisters, brothers, and in-laws, Geneva and Orrin Olson, Carlton and Helen Bork, Duane and Carol Bork, Harley Bork, Donnie and Marion Bork, Kenny and Marge Bork, Christine Bork, Allen Roblee, Roy VanEpern; and other family members.     

A visitation for family and friends will be on Friday, December 15, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church of Winchester 8396 Steeple Hill Dr. Larsen. A service will be held on Friday at 12:00 p.m. at the church with Pastor Mark Laatsch officiating.
