Rhonda M. (Johnson) Jacob, 73, of Winneconne, daughter of Melvin and Virginia (Gast) Johnson, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at home.

After 25 years of service, Rhonda retired from American Can in Neenah.

She was well loved in her community, donating her time to many different causes, including the American Legion Post 364 Auxiliary, Grace Lutheran Church-Winchester Sewing Circle, and many others. Rhonda enjoyed quilting, embroidery, gardening, cake decorating, and a trip to Alaska with Cindy was a dream come true for her.

Rhonda is survived by her sisters, Susan Cox and Sally Johnson; stepchildren, Rick (Lori) Jacob and Cindy (Bob) Ross; step-grandchildren, Craig (Rachel) Jacob, Philip (Jen) Jacob, and Kasey (Bryan) Bailey; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Along with her parents, Rhonda was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Jake” Jacob; brother, Paul Johnson; brother-in-law, Stephen Cox; and step-granddaughter, Christina Ross.

A visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church of Winchester 8396 Steeple Hill Dr. Larsen. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 4 at 11:00 .m. at the church with Pastor Mark Laatsch officiating. A prvate interment will be in Highland Memorial Park-Appleton. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 4 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the American legion Hall 536 W. Main St. Winneconne.
